THE HAVEN (Sleeps 5) THE STUDIO (Sleeps2)

Whether you are considering a holiday exploring the beautiful Devon coastline and countryside or just relaxing, you could not wish for a more picturesque and conveniently located base.

The two properties are situated on either side of a gated courtyard on the seaside of the road between the village of Strete and Slapton Sands. The village, which is within easy walking distance, has a well stocked store/post office, pub and restaurant.

Both properties and the lawned garden enjoy a panoramic view of Start Bay, Slapton Sands and Start Point.

The beach can be reached either by car or a 10 minute

walk from the properties. The famous fresh water

Nature Reserve of Slapton Ley, which is a haven for

birdwatchers, is only a 20 minute walk from the

properties.

The southwest coastal path can be joined

 in the village of Strete taking you to Blackpool Sands - a

well known beauty spot. The bus route from Dartmouth

to Kingsbridge passes the village enabling guests to walk as far as they wish and return home by bus. The historic towns of Dartmouth and Totnes are also on the doorstep.

We are pleased to announce The Haven had central heating installed in March 2007 and is now available for year round bookings.
